If the stubborn mountain weather doesn't play along, the WLAN connects your cozy hideaway with the big wide world. If you arrive with full suitcases or just the bare essentials, the practical amenities such as a washing machine and dryer will make your stay comfortable, as will the carport and the two additional outdoor parking spaces. The house in Riom is not only a quiet retreat, but also captivates with its literal fire at its heart: the central fireplace, which is to be heated, burns every twelve hours in the cold seasons and not only serves as a chic fireplace for aperitifs, but also gives the entire Alpenloft its cozy warmth, if this has not already been firmly captured by the sun's rays from the window fronts. In this way, for example, the modern house in its old dress harmoniously combines traditional heating with the need for sustainable use of resources and casually provides some woodwork and a homely atmosphere, especially on cold evenings.

The village of Riom lies high on the eastern slope of Piz Toissa, above the valley floor with the Gelgia. It stands out from the surrounding villages with its striking castle. The townscape of Riom was awarded the title of “townscape of national importance”.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before your arrival for an early check-in. Your vacation home will be ready for you from 4 pm - guaranteed. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
Handing over the keys
Our office is located in our family business “Bergcafé Aurora” on the Lenzerheide. The key handover is possible daily, from 9 am to 4 pm, in our café.
