Would you like to take a break in the midst of nature? Then slow things down in the newly renovated chalet, with luxurious interiors, and enjoy the Grisons mountains. The renovated chalet is located on the alp between Lenzerheide and Lantsch/Lenz. Just a few minutes drive from Lenzerheide, right next to the golf course and the Roland Arena (formerly, the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide), you can enjoy a relaxing stay in a stylish atmosphere – stunning views included.
You can also roll up your sleeves a bit yourself during your stay. Fancy fetching water from the village fountain 20 metres away? Stoking up the fire with your own hands? No Wi-Fi, just 3G and limited electricity and shower water? Does that sound exciting? Then you have come to the right place! The house can accommodate up to four adults, and families are also welcome (max. two adults/2 children).
Would you like to spend your holidays together with friends? Then there is the possibility of booking another chalet in the immediate vicinity.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
You can easily reach the chalet on foot from the parking area (about 6 minutes). Set off directly from the chalet on fantastic hikes (in winter, for example, with snowshoes) or bike tours, or strap on your cross-country skis. You will find the Grisons mountains right on your doorstep here.
THE LOCAL AREA:
Lantsch/Lenz is located in the Albula region, in the Swiss canton of GRISONS, and is part of "Parc Ela", the largest natural park in Switzerland. Fantastic Alpine passes such as the Albula Pass, spellbinding glacier regions, romantic mountain lakes, vast landscapes and unspoilt nature await you here.
Five minutes from the chalet is the Roland Arena (formerly the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide), which is a training and competition centre for national and international teams as well as the venue for high-ranking competitions such as the "Tour de Ski" cross-country skiing competition or international biathlon competitions. Also in the immediate vicinity is the 18-hole Lenzerheide golf course. This can be easily reached on foot from the chalet.

Lantsch-Lenz is the holiday destination in Graubünden that can be reached most quickly from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. In Lenzerheide drive to Lantsch-Lenz. The Maiensäss is located in Lantsch-Lenz.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before arrival for an early check-in. Whenever possible, we grant you this service free of charge. Access to the holiday apartment or house is guaranteed from 4 p.m. The check-out time on the day of departure is 9.30 a.m.
