An inconspicuous trail that branches off from the road leading from Lenzerheide to Sporz will bring you to your very own holiday oasis – surrounded by nature.

In a former mansion with a clear view of Parpaner Rothorn, Lenzerhorn and the surrounding mountains, you can switch off from everyday life and unwind – with plenty of space for yourself and your family and friends.

You can enjoy the flair of this charming four-storey villa, which has been in family ownership for generations. A large, tastefully furnished double bedroom on the cellar floor invites you to enjoy your mountain break. There is direct access from the bedroom to a modern ensuite bathroom, including a separate rainforest shower and shower stand, as well as a bathtub and toilet. From the large double bed, you can look out onto the countryside and watch the sunrise over the mountain peaks.

You will find a guest toilet and the laundry on the cellar floor, as well as the spacious garage, which can comfortably accommodate two cars. If your party arrives in several vehicles, you can also use the space in front of the garage as additional parking space.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining area featuring a stylish fireplace and a fantastic view of the Lenzerheide mountains. On clear nights, the sky is filled with innumerable stars shining over the mountain peaks, inviting you to dream. Would you rather be a "stargazer" and reach for the stars in the sky? A large telescope will bring you a little closer to your dreams. You can reflect on your day's adventures by the crackling fireplace. In the neighbouring room is a kitchen which invites you to cook and eat together – an old wood stove creates nostalgia for the old, stately days. If you prefer to cook the modern way, you will of course find all today's amenities too: from the glass ceramic hob to the oven and dishwasher, you will find everything your heart desires. A storage room and another toilet can also be found on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you are invited to sleep and dream with a view, in one of three double bedrooms. The first double bedroom has direct access to an ensuite bathroom with its own washbasin, bathtub and a private toilet. The second double bedroom has direct access to a modern, tasteful bathroom with bathtub. The third double bedroom has an adjacent, modern bathroom with shower and toilet. All the double bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with large amounts of wood providing cosy warmth. And in all the bedrooms, the first thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning, after a restful night, is a view of the mountains.

Two more double bedrooms are waiting for you in the attic. Both rooms have their own washbasins, and you can also enjoy the fantastic view. A games area with pinball machine and table football, as well as other games facilities, provides variety. There is also another guest toilet. In addition to the breathtaking views, the large balcony which is accessible from the bedrooms on the first floor, and the large terrace on the ground floor, you can also enjoy the large garden belonging to the property. Speaking of enjoyment: a spacious barbecue area is also available.

In winter, you have the ski slope on your doorstep and the Tgantieni chairlift is also in the immediate vicinity. A wide variety of activities are on offer in summer, from hiking to mountain biking and swimming to golfing. You can enjoy the countryside in peace and quiet at this holiday home. If you want to experience village life in Lenzerheide, you can drive to the village by car in a few minutes, or you can take the sports bus, which is just a few minutes away.
